HomeVOIP TELEPHONY

Business VoIP for connected office and mobile teams

Business calls often move between a front desk, a specialist and a colleague away from the office. DME VoIP provides a calling workspace with browser softphone tools and mobile options, configured around your company's users and communication needs.

Open each step to explore a demonstration scenario.

01Answer

Pick up in the browser

A front-desk user answers an incoming call in the configured softphone and checks which colleague should handle it.

02Connect

Bring in the right colleague

Use hold, transfer or conference controls for the next step in the conversation. Review how each action appears to the user.

03Review

Find the conversation again

Open call history and review the activity available for the configured account. Discuss which team members need mobile access.

Illustrative workflow, not a product screenshot. Review the actual interface and your configuration in a live demo.

Handle the next call in your browser

Make and receive calls with the browser softphone. Hold or mute a conversation, transfer it to a colleague and bring participants into a conference when a shared discussion is needed. Call history helps users review earlier activity and decide which conversation to follow up.

Bring your configured extension to mobile

DME Phone is the mobile softphone option for Android and iOS. It uses your company's configured extension and account. Discuss device requirements, app distribution, network conditions and the features available in your configuration before deciding how mobile calling will fit the team.

Prepare for a practical calling demonstration

Identify who answers incoming calls, who receives transferred calls and which users need mobile access. Share the number of intended users and describe the calling workflow you want to review. Existing numbers, carrier arrangements, compatible devices and any migration requirements need a separate assessment; availability should not be assumed from a general demo.

Choose the communication products you need

VoIP Telephony can be purchased on its own. Customer SMS and WhatsApp conversations belong to a separate messaging product, while Fax has its own document workflow. Internal chat between colleagues is part of DME Software. This distinction helps you request a proposal for the actual channels your business uses.
