WEBSITE PRIVACY

Your enquiry and website activity

This page describes the public DME website. It does not describe the data-handling terms of a separately configured DME product.

Business enquiries

When you submit the proposal form, we store the company name, contact name, email, selected products and any optional team size or requirements you provide. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and discuss a proposal. Please do not submit patient information.

Notifications and access

Enquiries are stored in our database and can be viewed after an authorized administrator signs in. Email notifications are sent through Microsoft 365 to the team handling enquiries. Notifications contain a request identifier and a link to the protected record, rather than the form's contents.

Website measurement

For new tracked visits we store your IP address and approximate country, state/region and city supplied by Cloudflare. These details are available only to authorized administrators and are deleted with analytics events after 90 days. Location may be inaccurate, especially with VPNs or mobile networks. We collect page-view, form-start and product-selection events, the website hostname, campaign source and medium, the public page and landing-page paths, the referring website's hostname and broad browser and device categories. A random visit identifier is kept in browser session storage and renewed after 30 minutes of inactivity. It can link a submitted enquiry to that visit. We do not collect full referring URLs or form field contents in these analytics events. We record whether a recognized advertising click marker is present, but do not store its value. Public page paths are restricted to known website pages; query strings are not stored. Aggregated search performance and index status are read from Google Search Console for our administrative reports and are not linked to an individual enquiry. Analytics events are deleted after 90 days, and the browser's Do Not Track preference is respected.

Abuse prevention

Cloudflare protects this website and verifies proposal submissions using Turnstile. Connection and browser signals, including your IP address, are processed by Cloudflare for security checks. The server validates the result before accepting an enquiry. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Technical storage

The website uses necessary anti-forgery cookies when you use the request form. Administrator sign-in uses an authentication cookie. Hosting and network services may process connection information, including IP addresses, to operate and protect the website. This site does not currently load third-party advertising pixels.

Contact and requests

Email [email protected] to ask about information you submitted or request a correction or deletion. Include your request reference when available. We may need to verify the request before making changes.
